I was watching an episode of CSI where some guy who comes and cleans up the crime scene was talking about making a lot of money. I'm just curious how much someone who does something like that actually make.

I started working since 14 years old. As a waiter for 6 months. Then I employed at cleaning service for another 6 moths. I went to banks on sundays and clean glasses, floors, carpets, etc. Next, I volunteered at library for a month. After that, I worked at amusement park for 6 months. Finally, I have been working as a sale person for a year. Now, I wanna work for myself. What should I do?

My mom, grandma, and I have rented because it is easier to have someone else do the maintainence and upkeep with me being disabled, my mother working and my grandma having Alzheimers. However, this is our second move in 5 years because of rent increases VS. lack of improvement in the complex where they are severely lacking.

We decided to purchase a home (in cash) and are wanting to put it in my name as I will most likely be the one who lives the longest, in the home.

Will this affect my benefits?

I have a friend, to whom I have rented my house. So far, she has paid her rent on time, and she actually does a few things to fix up the place (it's nowhere near "done"). We have worked together for months, and I believe she's a competent, hard-working person. If only it were easy...

She only nets about $140 a week. And she has three pets. And she's not very good at... cash allocation. She has five bucks to buy a dvd, but she tried to beg me for some stamps (to send in utility checks).

She wants a roommate... but she thinks we can't get one until the house is 100% finished (it's like 60% now). But she has excuses about doing some little things... and I know they're crap.

Get a second job, right? Nope, she "can't" leave her animals alone in the house all day, because her dog eats garbage, or some crap. And the animals are staying...

I don't plan to throw her out. But how do I get her head in the game, thinking of how we Can instead of how we "can't"? Real answers.

Hi

My friend and now my dad have both received a DVD in the post, in original wrapping (Enemy of the State and You me and Dupree). In both cases, the jiffy bag was handwritten but franked and there was no clue who sent it. Is this a cunning marketing ploy? Thanks
