Would anyone know what the letters FSAHB stand for on a W2 form, line 14,?

It stands for flexible spending account. It is an amount that you elected to have as pre-tax earnings allocated to unreimbursed medical expenses.

Line 14 is the "Other" section of the W-2. This is something special that is not withheld from every employee in the US. For example if you have the cost of uniforms deducted from your pay or union dues they may appear in Line 14. You may want to check with the payroll manager at your place of employment.

Box 14 is usually just an information box for the employees benefit....
It could be anything from payments for uniforms to contributions to savings accounts.

The SA makes me think that it is some kind of contribution to a savings account.
