The majority of the time you enjoy getting up in the morning and going into work. If you are hating everyday for an extended period of time then it could be time to think about a possible change. Not necessarily a new career but perhaps and new area or different aspect of the career. Nowadays people are having to become increasingly specialized in certain careers which makes changing entirely difficult and sometimes a waste of time.

No matter what career you chose there are going to be good days and bad days. The important thing to remember is why you chose to work in that field in the first place and to keep sight of the goals you had in mind when you first entered. It's important to keep yourself motivated by taking breaks from the daily monotony that can happen in some fields after doing the same thing over and over.
