My sister told me that she thought it was illegal for an employer to give a bad reference. I don't know if it was true, or just for my state, but I'm from Michigan.

I was asked to join this "team" By starting my own business and buying their product.I must invest 300 to start .Then every month buy 350.00 of their enerydrink products and consume it or try to sell it and recruit new members. for a 3% payback at the end of the month of what i have bought and sold.They tell me i can write it off on as a business expense .I need more clarification on how this "TEAM " can make me money before the next metting i have with them..Thanks

I have a 570 credit score but I havent been late with a bill in 3 years! I own a paid off 140k house I rent out, a 04 jeep wrangler paid and a 02 GSXR but cant get even get a home equity line of credit due to my score!!! Ive paid my rent of 600 for over a year early every month. Same with my power, water, cable, and more. Have a checking and savings acct with balances between 400-2k consitently. I even got one of those really bad credit cards that charge about 300 bucks just for starting them and only have a 300 $ credit limit and pay it off completly every month and my score hasnt changed! I reported all inaccuracies on my credit report and went back to the cards I got when I was 18-20 and paid them even though they werent trying to collect but it didnt do any good. The only advice the credit unions will give me is to pay off everything I owe and lower my balances but suprise! I dont owe anything so thats useless advice!

I have over 27years direct and successful experience in the oil and gas industry with over 17 of those years as owner and operator of a successful oil and gas exploration and production company in Oklahoma.

I got out of the oil and gas production business in 2000 (oil prices were around $21.00 per barrel at that time) and since that time have performed oil & gas consulting work for long time friends and associates in the business. I am now poised and anxious to quickly re-enter the oil and gas exploration & production industry as the prices are now in excess of $50.00 per barrel. My goal and expectations are to create substantial monthly revenue streams as well as rapid asset accrual for both myself and an interested investor.

My contacts and vendor alliances have remained fresh and intact and will provide for a seamless re-entry back into the production business. Towards a more rapid start-up of operations in the field, I would prefer to develop a ongoing relationship with an individual investor or an entity capable of swift movement and decision making capabilities.

My friend is disabled. She does not work. Her fiance paid more than half the cost of keeping up her home and she has lived with him for more than half year. I read that there is an exception if the person is disabled and has income from a sheltered workshop. Can he claim her as dependent for his HOH ( Head of Household ) filing status?

lets say you have a 25 % down payment of a 200 000 K house
so thats 50 000 dollors so you put down 50 grand and the house is yours then 1 year later you sell the house for 260 000

so you get your 50 000 back plus the 60 000 proffit you made is that how it works?

Can I pay the fee and tax by deduct it through my cousin's account? I tried to claimed it, but the bank ask me some money for tax and something which I dont have the certain amount of the money. I am 17, live in OK.
I worked for a school a few months, nothing permanant.

I hear $5,000 is a well-known tax area of some sort, and I can say I haven't earned over that.

The school did take out Social Security and a couple other deals but I didn't pay much attention to those details.
