Is there a way with the EIN to pull up my w2 or is that something only like HR block would be able to handle?

As an employee the EIN [employer identification number] is going to do you no good at all. Your employer will send your W2 form to you. If you didn't receive one or you lost it you must contact your employer. I recommend you seek help.

Do taxes yourself. Just get the forms fre your local postal office. Besides HR block makes mistakes sometimes. Just do it yourself. Just follow the instructions on the form. It's free. You just need to pay for the stamps.

No. Some employers have the W-2's online, and if they do, you could bring it up yourself - ask your HR department or your boss. Some don't, in which case H&R can't get it either. Wait until you get it in the mail.
