I would say yes....they say that you loose 90% of the info you retained in college after you graduate.
However, there is a flip side to my answer.
If you continue to keep yourself motivated, focused, and constantly learning new things you do not loose "it."
Try enrolling is continuing education classes or some distance learning courses to keep your mind entertained with knowledge.

No. Do you remember how to ride a bike. For someone to become a doctor (PhD), they need eight years of collage. Every 10 years you need to relearn or update your knowledge of what field your in or you will be outdated. That's why collages have extension program (class's) that are used to improve or update are ever changing world that you work in.
