There are two type of trading system is available in India. One is on line and another is at the terminals. In the on line system you have take ID and Password from the reputed company namely Apollo sindhoori capital Investment Ltd, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank . I think you are asking for this clarification.
After getting the ID and Password you can trade in the share market from your own place without going to the office of the broker at his terminal.
