I used to manage a small team & a lady came to work for me that had managed a large team in the past. it didn't bother me as I'm not insecure & she had lost her confidence. she had terrible people skills & quite frankly I was surprised she'd ever managed anyone. forget about him, concentrate on YOU not being so unconfident about yourself & insecure. what's the worst that can happen, that you get fired & he gets your job? whatever, if you're good someone else will hire you. if he behaves arrogantly & criticises you, put him in his place. i don't even get why you're worried, is there a promotion coming up that you are wanting? if he gets it you can move on some place else & get promoted there, if you're any good then you will be promoted.

Get to know him first! He may be honors, but he may have the personality of a shoe. Maybe he has no people skills, maybe he is threatened by you because you have been there and know what is going on better than he does. We all put our pants on the same way! Remember when you first started there? Weren't you nervous? He is too and may just turn out to be a compliment to the team that you always wanted.

Are you looking for the perfect home business? You can stay at home, be your own boss, use the amazing system and make more money than you ever could working for someone else? This is absolutely true. This is no fly-by-night get rich quick scheme but a true money making system that really works! Did you know that over 98% of all work at home programs are scams! I have tried just about every program you can think of such as multi level marketing, get rich quick schemes, pyramids, stuffing envelopes, chain letters, etc.. and I have lost thousands of dollars on these worthless programs. Please do not make the same mistake like me.. I have finally found a program that really works and I'm sharing it with you. Please visit http://www.cashtrove.info

You should not feel threatened by him as he is new to your team. You will feel threatened by him when he have enough experience to overtake you but that will depends on how is his progress in the course of work
