What happened to Ur tally 5.4
Normally, If u r using the original copy U can get the password requesting the dealer,
In case of Pirated copy only the software vendor can help u.
If u have backup of Ur data, The software vendor can reload the software.

Buy a New genuine copy of Tally, and get rid of that Pirated copy.
The new copy wont make you search for passwords
