i went to one " interview" and now the primerica rep keeps calling me. Its really annoying. I told him i'm not interested in joing their team (i dont want work for them) he keeps telling me to comeback so i can find out more about the company before making my decision to work with them or not.

------You pay $199 to get a licence...which sucks...then... from what i heard, you dont make as much money as you thought you would!!

I am planning to apply for an open management position in the office where I work. When my boss announced the position, she said that anyone who wanted to be considered should submit a 'letter of intent.' I had been planning on submitting an updated resume and cover letter that outlined why I would be best for the position how my expereince would help our office / the company move forward and grow. Is this this same thing? when I google 'letter of intent' all I get is legal businessy stuff, and how to write a letter designating who your children's guardians will be if something happens to you... nothing about applying for a promotion within a company. Please help????

Over my life, I have had 5 jobs and only one came via a job interview (and that was at toys-r-us!!!). I think I must have failed at about twenty interviews in my life.

I dress well, speak appropriately, have a shower beforehand and prepare answers for potential questions. What am I doing wrong?

It has now destroyed my confidence for any interview? How can I get this back?

What do you need to do at the interview to impress?

Is there a good book or course that I can go on?

when looking at stocks to buy (small scale investing at this time) I would like to know what a good target P/E ratio should be. Two stocks im looking at are currently P/E'ing at 9.80. I believe this is serviceable but i want to see if i can boost my opportunities. should i look for ratios lower than 9.80 or higher? stioll getting a handle on the P/E ratio factor. We live in Germany. I am a US citizen. My husband is a German native and American Resident (or was when we were living there). I have no income to file for 2006. My husband has some, but paid taxes to Germany. I still own our house in the US. My parents pay the payment and live in the house. Can I/Must I/Should I file taxes, and if so, how? Please help!!

I just applied at Sears online. After 30 minutes of answering questions, etc, the online application asked me when I am available for interview? Does this happen a lot? This is what I got:

"You are about to schedule an interview on 1/22/2007 at 11:30 AM. Please confirm. When you come back for your interview, you should go to HR office!"

Our tenants want to move out even though the tenancy is in its 7th month and the agreement is for a year. There was a 6 month break clause but they would've had to give notice a month ago for this to have an effect, as they didn't we thought we had them for six months more, but now a month later they want to move - can they or are they not liable for the rent for the remainder of the term or getting tenants in to replace themselves?
