There is a great site that I use. It's called eHow.com. This site is very helpful. Please go to this site and look up"How to nail an interview" Good luck! Remember, smile a little and ask yourself. What is it that this employer is looking for? Project a positive image. If it is a group interview support the group. It shows that you are a team player. Now pick yourself up and try again.

Keep trying and ask yourself what you did wrong last time.
20 interviews is killing your confidence? LOLZ, I used to have 10 interviews/week, and at about 3 final interviews/week. And I noticed it's easier to get a job offer if you cool off, forget about the interview and chat with other candidates. I have on a few occassions got my entire (new) circle of friends hired(though no one else was hired that day), but they generally hate it when I reject the offer and leave them behind. On one occassion, I also received a job offer from an interviewer I once met as a fellow candidate.

Unfortunately, sometimes none of the above helps. At lot of the time just looking the part will get you a job. Also laughing at the interviewers lame jokes helps.

The best thing to do is watch trainspotting. And don't act like the guy having the job interview in that! haha
If that doesn't help speak to your local jobcentre who can give you help and advice and moc interview for free. Or practice with a friend or family member.

Take a breath before you answer and then think what you would normally say. Take another breath and say the opposite. Since you failed every interview try something new.

why do people want to impress the interviewer? dare to be yourself. you don't need any book or a course. it's better to get a job by being yourself rather than by impressing someone.
