Well, your strenghts area should coincide with your skills area, and in here you have a lot to say (here's a categorised display of one's skills, I'm sure you'll find something)
http://www.cvtips.com/the_foundation_skills.html
and the weaknesses area should actually be a "weakness turned to strenght" area. I mean you can turn something like (if you are short tempered) 'I loose my temper often', into, 'I totally get upset with sub-standard work or undue delays, and I used to be vocal about it. Now, I am focusing onto correcting the worker or process instead of getting upset with him.it"
Good luck!

Go to your local Job Service, or library, and seek out a publication that teaches you how to write your own resume'. This book tells you how to use key words that show your prospective employers that you're worthy of hiring. Words like dedicated, hard working, dependable, organized, responsible, and other such words, all describing who you are in the workplace. In the book I read, they gave a whole list of examples you could use to boost your resume', and make your interviewer take special notice. But, if you use these words, make sure you learn them well, so that you'll be able to effectively use them in your face-to-face interview. You may also be asked questions like, "Where do you see yourself five years from now?", and "Why do you want to work here?" Prepare yourself for these types of questions ahead of time, so that you'll have something ready that makes sense, and shows that you can think on your feet. There are also booklets about how to answer questions at your interview too. Ask for these publications. These booklets will help you now, and on future interviews. I hope you have a very successful interview. <*)))><

Try to list a weakness with a positive aspect. For example:
My biggest strength is that I have drive and enthusiasm to get the job done, and my greatest weakness? I would have to say that I have no tolerance for other people's lack of drive.

You are going to have to sell yourself just as you did when you were interviewed for the job. You can jot down some of your accomplishments and remind her of certain projects you've received from your clients and colleagues.

PERFECTIONISM is both a strength and a weakness
but the answer to your question depends on the position you're applying for.
