You can deduct your bank fees, but not the ATM or Overdraft charges. But you can get a Visa check card through your checking account and use it like a credit card instead of debit card. Most banks do not charge a fee for using your card that way. Plus since it is your own money you will have no interest charges.
You really should have an accountant to handle your finances, and they could answer all your questions like these.
One big thing is save all receipts. You will need them. You would be surprised what you can deduct at the end of the year. But you need the receipts for tax purposes.
All receipts, etc.. should be kept for at least 5 years.

Atm fees, yes, if travel related and unavoidable. (I believe you have to be away from your home on overnight travel, though.)

Overdrafts (in your dreams!).

None of these are deductible, unless they were incurred strictly and unavoidably for business purposes. That will be a tough sell if you are audited.
