the obvious solution is to start looking for a better job.
but DON'T leave your current job before you find a new one

Depending on your situation.... in life

If you do have people who are depending on you (especially financially), think of the people without jobs and be grateful. You can chase your dream as a hobby.

But if you don't have any one to rely on you and you are by yourself Don't choose money.. look for the JOB YOU LOVE.....

CHASE YOUR DREAM and don't give up. learn from me. it's better to work in the low paying job you love than to be well compensated but doing the things you don't enjoy. BIG difference.

so please do a lot of soul searching
