why this company.
I found them ok, they need to calm down on their marketing though.
After buying a dress for my daughter I was inundated with mailshots and class offering more and more discount, catalogues and everything else.
I even had one rep call me to talk about my acount, which didn't exist.
he then tried to set me up with one.
the clothes were good and reasonably priced though

Yes, its brill, its a french company sells kids clothes. Clothes are mainly designer and very cheap. Its always got sales on and there is always plenty of stock in even on that. The quality of stuff is good too, and they always have free offers on as an incentive to buy. The gifts are very different from the usual crap you get, and usually you have a choice. Last time i used them the customer service was really good too,its head offices i believe are in West Yorkshire.

We use them occasionally but only during their sales. The quality is OK but the prices are set at a level higher than other comparable childrens clothes.
Service also has been great, quick delivery. But we also get loads of mail from from - which is a pain

I find the clothes lovely, but they are far too expensive for me. I don't' want to spend £10 on a kid's T-shirt only to have them grow out of it 3 months later. I can get 3 for £5 in Matalan or Primark which serve the purpose just as well.

They are really agressive on marketing - I ordered something for my daughter's bedroom, confirmed the order, then they didn't take the money from my bank account and didn't send me any correspondance so I gave up - and I still get emails and mailshots from them!
I have unsubscribed many times and it doesn't make a difference...

I placed an order with them once and they bombarded me with catalogues and advert. materials in the post afterwards. I had to cancel my 'non existent' acccount with them especially as I only placed an order once. What I ordered was unavailable but there was a free toy attached to the order, we got the free toy anyway so I suppose that was nice of them.

I have a browse but dont order as their stuff is expensive esp for kids clothes which they grow out of dead quickly anyway. Nice catalogue to flick through though!
