Hello,

I will be hiring a developer to produce a large scale website whom contents and details are to remain 100% confidential, even after it's live opening.

I also want to make sure that the developer will not work on any similar future projects, and that the all the code, and supported documents will be sent to me, and otherwise, remain totally within his own hands, and not used in part form, or fully with any other projects. He is also not to work on similar projects for a specified duration of time.

Now my questions are..
- Does I have to be present at the time of the developer's signing for this to be a valid legal document?
- Would an NDA cover all the details specified above, or will I also need another document to support these claims?
- If he were to simply fax it back to me, will this be a valid document?

Can you recommend me steps on how to process this?

Cheers,
Danny

After power went out, all our money was lost buying generators, hotel rooms for 8 days. We returned keys, nothing was ever moved in but now we are liable to pay rent for a place we are not even in. Is there any way to get out of this? We live in WA state.

For example, say a business bought an asset that cost $100,000 and it has an economic life of 10 years, does that mean the business gets to write off $10,000 a year for 10 years in taxes, or am I understanding it wrong? Is there a limit to how much a business can write off in depreciation? Thanks

I know it seems now that everything is being done through email, but which is better and preferred? Email or regular mail? And if I was planning to send it through email, should I send the cover letter as the email itself and just attach my resume?

I turn 18 in 19 days, so that opens up more opportunities. However, I still have no idea where I should apply for a job. I don't really want to work with food though. Any (appropriate) suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Im not kidding.

Im sick of being poor and tired.
Im depressed, I just got kicked out of college.
I have one college educated parent and one parent who I dont think made it out of high school.

I just dont want to end up like them.
SO now Im feeling the burn. Im taking classes at a community college in hopes of qualifying to get back into the other college. I need a degree that will get me a decent living. Maybe then I can consider acting or some other bullcrap like that.

what do you think, I dont want to buy property but I do need a reliable way to make some decent cash.
I would like to make 1 million by the time I am 30 at least.

what can I do to get started?
sigh....thanks.
