If she is totally and permanently disabled, she lived with you at least half of 2006, and she didn't provide more than half of her own support, and nobody else is claiming her as a dependent, then you probably can.

If she's not totally and permanently disabled, but she lived with you the entire year, her gross income was under $3300 for 2006, and you provided more than half of her total support, then you probably can.

If neither of the above is the case, then no.

Yes, if you provided more than half of her support. And she cant be claimed on anyone elses return. She does not need to be disabled!!

Only if you provided over fifty percent of her care and she is disabled.

No, you can only claim kids up to 18 or 21 if in college. Siblings you must have custody of them. So you are out of luck.
