I'm looking to buy the 2006 version of Intuit ProSeries Basic version. On Intuit's website, it's sold for $299. I guess I can live with that, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any place that sells it cheaper. I've searched on the Web, but some resellers won't come up during a Google search.

I've just moved into a property with tons of bills from the previous tenant. I've written on them No longer at this address, please return to sender on them and put them in the postbox. But am worried that I'm going to have the bailiffs calling!! Does anyone know what happens to this, how will they track the previous tenant? Will I be liable for this?? Help!!

According to the rules , I can file Head of House because I cover more than 1/2 of my parents expenses. I could claim them as dependants, but I don't want to. Can I still file Head of House without listing them as dependants?

I have bad credit and have not been able to make payments for the last 4 months. Now I have all my creditors asking for they money I owe them. I have a better job, but it will be a while before I can make enough to send them. I have tried applying for home, personal and debt consolidation loans without success. I do not do well by taking on another job and I only have until the end of the month to make a minimum payment to each creditor which amounts to more then I have after pay day. I am paying rent and my car loan so anything else I have left is not much to work with. What can I do?

Hi i have put in an offer on a house which was accepted but the owners of the house have a family friend who is trying to buy the property they have until tomorrow to get there things together otherwise we can get it.
My only concern is that after we start paying out for checks and solicitors etc that that family friend might turn around and say actually i can do it and the seller pull out with us.
Is there anything i can do to help keep them with us if this does happen, i was thinking of offering a cheque of £1000 and letting them know now that i would it give over on completion as an incentive to stick with us, is this allowed and is it the right thing to do? any help would be great :)
