no clue what to do. I purchased my house in dec 2005 for $489,000 with 25k down 30 year fixed
I fell behind in a few payments and cannot afford to make them anymore.

I have only paid about 30k towards principal and put my house up. I am not getting any biuds and refuse to sell this for a 90k loss, should I refi on it with an interest only or something?

i started working about 4 months ago after having my kids i work 24 hours a week i know you accumulate holidays but dont know how many everytime i ask my superviser she just pams me of saying shes not sure she will need to find out i dont want to just let this go on as they run from april to april and if i dont take them i will lose them someone told me it was 1 and half days for every month is this right if not does anybody know what it is.

Dad is in the arrears for child support and I believe he works under the table or uses his brothers ss to avoid paying. I know they are suppose to take taxes for back child support if he is due a refund this is why I need to know if he's been filing so I take him to court and make him account for this. It's been 12 yrs now it's time to fight for my child. The always tell him get a job but they follow up. He'll pay for a little while then either quit or get fired. I know he's surving some how. Any help is greatly appreciated.

i work in a five star hotel in the philippines as front desk agent/guest services officer but will be willing to take any administrative job or any job in line with food & beverage; its just it seems very complicated when i look up to the net for the migration process.
