I was wondering, can I count someone as a dependent if they lived in my house all year and I provided 90% of the money they needed to live? They are not related to me but I did provide money for most of the things they needed.

I'm thinking of starting a little business where I wrap people's Christmas gifts (for a fee, of course). Do you think many people would pay for that?

My husband and I moved in May for better job opportunities for him. He began working in our new location in early June, so he has only worked about 28 weeks total here. According to everything I have found regarding the moving deduction, he has to work in the new area for 39 weeks of the last 12 months since the move. We haven't been here a year yet, so I was wondering if we could qualify for this deduction if we file in the beginning of February. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I have a friend, honestly not me, and she currently is a Phone Sex Operator for several months now and she wants to make better money at a different company. Anyone who works in the business, or knows someone who does, have any suggestions on companies to work for who pay well? If you could put the average wage per minute of the company, or per hour, that would be appreciated.

Not only in yourself and what you relay to customers, but also for the company? We all notice those people when we go to places whether it be the grocery store, a doctors office or mcdonalds. They wear their company uniform proudly, smile genuinely and stand by the beliefs or system of the company. If you are someone that your confidence stands out while at work (no matter what your true confidence level really is), what things or tools allow you to have your confidence?

My husband found out today that before March 10, the company he works for will lay off 550 employees. We are expecting our first child in May. The insurance through his company is what i have. When he is laid off, i am for sure the insurance will be gone. Any suggestions on what i should do? I am worried about the baby, and making sure everything goes ok. Do i try to get help through the state or what? I am not sure what to do... Just scared Please no stupid comments, as this is a touchy subject for us right now...

Our realitor took our property off the market without my consent or signing a agreement to the affect it would be done. We have a signed legal contract to have the property listed for 6 months. The property has been listed for 4 months and it has been a hassle the whole time. He wouldnt let us know what was going on with the property we would have to call his boss to get in touch with him and then he'd say he never got a call from us and then he told his boss we bug him to much we call all hours of the day and even on holidays which is not true. Now he takes the property off the market and i dont even know about it? Is there something legally i could do?
