I've tried College 2 times, and I honestly believe it's not for me. I know I want to work in the Administrative department, but I am open to working in any field. I want to make a decent amount of money and be able to live comfortable. What are some good ideas?? What skills and trades would you recommend?? I have a Certificate in Dental Assisting, I thought that would pay well and it does. But the thing with that field is that there's a CATCH 22 to it. A lot of Dentist's want you to have experience, but if no one will give me a chance how will I get the experience !?! So what would you suggest??

I was on a team where I had the best manager in the world...she treated us like a real person and also if we messed up alittle bit on a call she was monitoring she would just listen to another one so we would get good scores.

Then that manager got promoted and I got another one that is BY THE BOOK! and I mean....really strict on everything! Treats everyone like they are just a number.

Which would you rather have, the fun cool manager that lets you get away with things or the manager that might be more strict but will help you do your job better and better prepare you for the world?
