I have no personal dealings with this web site. I was website surfing and came accrossed it. I was amazed at the number of large company's (and just as many smaller ones) that people are complaining about---one happened to be my ISP. Check the site out at the address above, who knows, your deadbeat company may be on there and maybe there are others who have filed compalints about them too. Good Luck!

Well, I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but;
I ordered a membership to a video club similar to net flix called all-star access. I was supposed to get a 300 dollar shopping jubilee and if I spent it that completed the contract, at which time $100 plus 19.95 would be deducted from my acct. Never recieved jubilee. Called at least 5 times and got no answer. Lo and behold money go bye bye. I reached them from my bank who got me a copy of the check thingy they used. They had the address wrong. So I had proof. They hung up on me and I never reached them again. I lost 18 additional dollars due to insufficient funds. I forgot I paid them some money up front too. $99 I think it was. So someone else spent my shopping jubilee too. That's fraud. I still have all my info somewhere.I sent certified letters to allstar and they recieved them, and no response there either. If you are offering help you can email me thru this site.
