Me and my friend had a good idea of selling bottled water and maybe peanuts before the baseball games downtown, but we are worried we would need a lincense or permit to sell?

Does anyone know how that would work?

The IRS has a "Hobby Rule" make money 3 out of 5 years.
What happens if you lose money 4 of 5 years? or lose 5 of 5 years. If you own a yacht charter fishing business, that is one thing but what about a startup company like Mortgage that is not fun!

I was given a task at the Bus Co. where my husband is partner. I need to put advertisements on their buses. I don't know much about costs but the buses are tri-state. and have 36 routes. to find potential clients who would like to have their ad painted on the whole side of the bus for 1 or 5 years. When I turn 19, I will loose my Medicaid. I have been very sick for the past year, and still have one more surgery and I have to go to the hospital every other week. I am applying for disability, just for the medical insurance, but in case I don't get it, what about welfare? What exactally is it and how do you apply for it?

Please don't write telling me to get a job. I would if I could. I have always had a job, and the only reason I am asking about this is b/c I have to have medical insurance. Can you provide a website also?

I'm thinking about looking for a new job- something other than my current field, which is retail. I was very successful at my first job, at which I advanced through several positions over eight years, but in my current job, I feel as if I haven't accomplished much.
