Me and my friend had a good idea of selling bottled water and maybe peanuts before the baseball games downtown, but we are worried we would need a lincense or permit to sell?

Does anyone know how that would work?

I checked this out at Busch Stadium in St. Louis... yes, I needed a permit from the city to sell water outside the stadium (not on their property, but across the street). Be prepared for a lot of redtape to get your permit... they might even tell you what street you have to operate on!

Yes, you will need a license or whatever permit the city requires to be a vendor.

You can't sell ..Not on stadium property..
You must be employed by them.

That would be trespassing and you could be arrested.
