I have £1000 to invest initially and £200 a month. I dont really care about the £1000 so I was thinking of going for some high/medium risk shares and pulling out if they pay off. With such a small amount of money I think high risk is the best way to go to get me started. I have a share dealing account with Hoodless Brennan and have just opened an advisory account with them. What do you think? Any comments or advice much appreciated.

ithink its silly to say pro rata if thats the pay you can get if your full time , but the job is offering part time only , im not interested in what full time people can get , i want to know what i would get for the hours that were stated in the add
it said 25 hours £15k pro rata so do i half that ????
im so confused why dont they just give a hourly rate

I was buying a house on contract from someone who passed away recently. His daughters got the house and the contract was changed to where I would pay them. Since then they have signed the house over to me by a quit claim deed. Now they have changed their minds and want me to give the house back so they can collect money. Legally do I have to sign it back over? They want to get the house back, evict me, and resale.

I'd like to move out of my parents house and move in a 1 bedroom apartment, but my mom says it cost so much so I'm really worried. How much do I need saved up? I have $5500 saved up, and I have a job that makes $12 an hr. I'm also saving up for college too... but I don't plan to start 'til end of this year or the summer. Hello, I am an 18 year old business entrepreneur. I run a car and auto part business both of which I started. I already have made a great start and good money, but would be interested in hearing what others think of forms of advertising cars. I have owned over 45 cars already, but I have a jeep i am selling and have had it with little intrest from buyers. I use eBay and Craigslist, as well as local advertisement on my rear windshield and word of mouth. What would you reccomend, or what has worked for you in buying / selling a car?

I also recently started selling parts (buying bulk lots or entire cars and selling individual parts on eBay) and to my surprise this makes alot more with much fater turnaround.
