I would say very good as you can work your way up the ladder to become Supply Chain Manager. One young fellow who worked with me overseas started as the cleaner in the warehouse but I could see his potential and had him given on the job training and today he is in charge of a section. There is always room to advance in the warehousing field.

It's a good field as long as the company is good as well.
