Hi there,
Who is it? What is the agency, and who is he working for. I do not want to assume that this person is a shyster until I know the whole situation. Was there a loan that you got from this person that was not satisfactory. I hope not...I am a mortgage broker and it only takes a few bad ones to tarnish us all. I have not heard of this person but what you are showing is just an email address......he could work for a reputable company but use a personal email...a lot of people do that. If you have doubts about the validity of this person/company then do not use them. Go to someone whose credentials you can check...,I work for www.1stmetropolitan.com and my advice is free. Without knowing more about this situation its hard to judge but I hope that its not something that ended badly for you personally. Feel free to email me if you need any advice.

What agency? Anyone can get a yahoo email address for free. It's up to you but I wouldn't trust an 'agency' that did not even have it's own email address at the very least.

I read that he asks for money to be sent to him as insurance. Do not ever believe you have to pay to get a loan. Sounds like a parson who is taking advantage of people in a tough situation. Never send money to get money!!!

I wouldn't borrower anything from a business whose address was yahoo.com...No offense Yahoo!!! LOL.

Looks like a lame attempt at a scam to me.

it's a scam
they want money upfront and you'll never get your loan
