How much does the average Phone Sex Operator make per day?

I have a friend, honestly not me, and she currently is a Phone Sex Operator for several months now and she wants to make better money at a different company. Anyone who works in the business, or knows someone who does, have any suggestions on companies to work for who pay well? If you could put the average wage per minute of the company, or per hour, that would be appreciated.
