Ok......so I get these e-mails from a lottery company saying that I've won a milliom dollars. That would be great ,Wouldn't it? See... the thing is that I never played any games inthe lottery ,well I did ,once, but I couldn't have gotten the prize 'cause the numbers the winning numbers ,as I checked ,are different from those I played with.....And there is another problem. When I view the mail ,they wanted me to send them my credit card number and I don't have one 'cause I am 15 and there are no credit cards in my country. So what can I do?

I moved out of state for a job but I'm now considering moving back. Been on the job for 6 yrs and my credit is in the upper 600's last time I check which was about 2 yrs ago. I want to move back home so I was thinking of selling my car which I could get about $5000 maybe and then trying to get a personal loan or a car loan from the bank for about 25k-30k. Use 15k to get a new car and the other to help with my expenses while I move back and hold me until I find a nice job, just in case I don't find one before my move. Is this possible?

My father and Uncle purchase property, from my understanding they have run into some credit problems. From what my cousin has told me, they have asked her if they could put property in her name (she said no). I wouldn't put it past them to try and use my name without asking. I'm trying to see if there is a way to locate any property that might be in my name. I am located in South Texas, any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks

I've been wondering how exactly people get into big credit card debt - what motivates them or what do they feel by doing it? What makes them take loans for vacations or new cars they cannot afford? I am not seeking to pass judgment here, but if you are currently in this kind of debt or ever been there, could you describe what made you do it and did you get more satisfaction spending money or more frustration repaying it? How old were you at the time and did your views change, or would you do it again? What did you buy with the money and why?

Pros and Cons... I think it's a last resort... my sister thinks it's the quickest and easiest route to get out of debt.

when you have a boss that says very offensive things to you and your coworkers and demands repsect, what do you do? I mean do you just not say anything at all? My coworkers are afraid to stand up for themselves, but this is ridiculous to have to endure so many offensive remarks from day to day.

I've been working at Walmart part time for a few months now and during orientation we were forced to watch a video telling us how much walmart doesn't need unions and how they aren't "anti union but pro associate". Aren't unions a good thing? After all if a company can make billions of dollars a year can't they afford to pay their employees what they're worth? It's a hard job (especially since they won't hire the amount of employees needed) so why are the employees suffering because each store has a budget they have to meet? Why is this company so greedy?

Also I've seen very wasteful practices such as scraping scratch and dent items into the compactor like baby beds, gun safes, and food. Wouldn't these items better serve the community by giving them to charity instead of trashing them?

My third problem are the shopping carts. There's a policy where lifters are to be placed on all new shopping carts which lift all of the back wheels off the ground making them dangerous to collect.

I collected a $600 deposit on a home I rent. The carpet has some major stains that I know were not there before, and it won't clean up by steam cleaning it. You can't just put a new piece of carpet there because it would look funny, but wow, to replace it, it would be the entire living room floor which is a lot. Is that too much to ask for to replace that? Isn't that what damage deposits are for?
