what will your strategy for this?
what type of operational risk you can find?

... to do with your life?

I'm talking about business - I really want to start my own business, but I'm not interested in anything where you're distributing other company's products, or pyramid schemes, or network marketing. And franchises cost too much money, and they take your earnings every month.

I think that leaves me with either opening a shop or selling a service.
I would like to work from home on flexible hours and earn the most I can out of an hour -

Has anyone found a solution to enable you to be your own boss? I would appreciate any ideas you all have....

Oh - and it needs to be legal and moral by the way - no suggestions about "selling my services"!

A public limited company has the following capital structure, which it considers to be optimal: Debt = 25% , preferred stock = 15% and common stock = 60%.
The company’s tax rate is 40% and investors expect earnings and dividends to grow at a constant rate of 6% in the future. The company paid a dividend of Rs.3.60 per share last year (D0 ), and its stock currently sells at a price of Rs.60 per share.
The risk free rate of return in the market is 6%, the market risk premium is 5%, and the company has beta equal to 1.3.
All these terms would apply to new security offerings:
Preferred stock: New preferred stock could be sold to the public at a price of Rs.100 per share, with a dividend of Rs.9. Ignore flotation costs.
Debt: Debt could be obtained at an interest rate of 9%.
Required:

Calculate Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) for the company.
(Hints: Use CAPM for calculating required rate of return on common stocks)

Thanks for helping, I need a little inspiration or the actual name, I currently run a very small business and setting up two others, which will all be branded and associated together. I'm looking for a name that can be applied to all. similar to Virgin music, Virgin Atlantic, Virgin mobile etc.
Now before you think that is easy, I need to be able to aquire the domains, now nearly all one and two word domains are taken, so possibly a made up word, or a word backwards, or re-arrange all the letters in say positive to create a company name etc and obviously it needs to be memorable and easily spelt so people can find the websites.
Thanks for all your help and maybe one day you will see it on a side of a van or above a shop in your street.
cheers everybody.

i want to work as a front desk agent at a hotel or somewhere where i could get customer service skills. the problem is that im shy. actually, i just dont speak very much. this is due to the fact that english is only my second language and at times i either find myself unable to express myself in english or i run out of things to say, so i end up being quiet most of the time. and as a result, i come across as a shy person. i really want to have customer service experience but would it be very difficult for someone with a personality like mine?
