As at 10pm EST (Australia) on Wed 10 Jan
5,000 Ghana Cedis = 69.8616 Nigerian Nairas.

How did I know?
I have to work with international currencies and the following link will take you to a free on line currency converter.

I had no idea where Cedis came from but it was just a matter of scrolling through the list of countries until I found them.
Hope that this helps.
