I am about to graduate from University of Phoenix in a few months with a BS in Business/Marketing and I am looking for a legitimate site that has quality job postings. I live in NC and I am not interested in Careerbuilder, Monster, Hotjobs or sites like that. The reason being is because lots of those jobs are work at home jobs, scams, or jobs from those start up businesses that have not been established yet. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Which company would be better to start?

Home and office cleaning-self explanitory

Home and office decorating- Bring samples, and ideas to customer. Also hire and coordinate the project so the costumer has no hassles Meaning we find and verify all companies and make sure they are insured and have references. Customer does not leave their home we physically bring samples to them or they can view online

Market small businesses- We obtain small businesses to give free services and buy one get ones....and coupons at NO CHARGE to the business. In exchange we ask for a referal and sell the coupons with FREE stuff and incentives to consumers who would like to try the business out. (ie 1 free massage, 1 free facial, free manicure/peticure, buy one shampoo get conditioer free, etc) all on one card....we then sell these cards door to door for 30-40 dollars a piece.......

She just graduated high school in May and moved in with a 26 yr old married man. I suspect he owes a gas bill, so they put it in my daughters name to keep it connected and now it is coming to my address for some reason. This really makes me mad, and I think I should call the gas company tommorrow and inform them I think they have made a mistake. My daughter does not have a job, she barely has enough food to eat. I think the gas company is being bilked. What can I do? They made me pay my dads gas bill, along with my own gas bill from a divorce before they would turn me on in my new home in 2001, and I suspect they will probably somehow try to make me responsible for this. What should I do? Can I just tell them to shut it off?

This guy has connections with someone in the main office and is always trying to get people in trouble or fired. Nobody knows who his connection is but they are always covering for him when he screws up. Whenever anyone else makes a mistake, they are disciplined or terminated but not this guy. Looking for a dirty trick to use to get rid of him.

My friend is very honest and didn't know she was doing anything wrong. She thought the items had been clearanced. They made her sign a paper that said she would pay back the differnece. I told her to return them. She is very upset that people thinks she stole and is afraid if she returns them she will look guilty. I don't agree. She didn't mark the items wrong and someone else sold them to her. I told her it is best to return the items. What do you think? I want to go with her for moral support but I want to see what someone else thinks.
