Have been a teacher and school counselor for 20 years and getting ready for a change. Don't want to have to study much again but want decent money, set my own schedule to continue to have summers off and need something rewarding. ideas?

Since you are in education and have counseling experience, I would say combine these two BUT step up your game.

Meaning consider looking into working for a university in another capacity of some sort...

You still would have your summers off and make a great salary at best.. Try an get with a good school though where your skills and salary will be considered...

Have you ever thought about even being an on-line instructor... There is a way to make up to $2100 per 6 week course...

Teach when you want.. Summers off still!

well, you could try Taco Bell, you'd be making more than a teacher even if you took half of the year off.

Seriously, if you have the capacity for it... try sales.

My father was a teacher for 20 years he got into sales and wished he'd done it sooner.
My younger brother taught for 1 year, realized it wouldn't pay the bills and is now happy selling (he only sells to schools so that'd be something I'd look into)

Depending on your degree, human resources supervisor for a company can be a good job.
