Ok......so I get these e-mails from a lottery company saying that I've won a milliom dollars. That would be great ,Wouldn't it? See... the thing is that I never played any games inthe lottery ,well I did ,once, but I couldn't have gotten the prize 'cause the numbers the winning numbers ,as I checked ,are different from those I played with.....And there is another problem. When I view the mail ,they wanted me to send them my credit card number and I don't have one 'cause I am 15 and there are no credit cards in my country. So what can I do?

Run as it's a scam.

Legitimate businesses do not ask for your credit card numbers unless you are directly purchasing or paying for something. This sounds like a scam. If you want to pursue the issue, print the e-mail and send it to your local authorities. Otherwise, I'm sorry, you didn't win a million.

They got your name off a mailing list. Probably sold by your credit card company. Don't ever send out you credit card # unless your actually buying something and are sure your on a secure site. P.S. Don't put your phone # in either. They can bill you that way too.

Report this to your State Consumer Protection Dept.,
or Attorney Generals Office.
Never give any information to marketing stunts. If you played a local lottery and won you could not collect be-cause of your age.
It is illegal to coerce minors into any form of contract.
Be safe, guard all you personal info for life.

Does it say Nigeria anywhere on it. It's a scam. That's how Nigeria interacts financially with the rest of the world. In fact, it's the only way they have of surviving.

There are no million dollar lotteries on the internet. If you entered a contest and won a million dollars you would not be notified by email.
