Hi, I had 50 dollars in my College Bank of America Checking Account. I went to deposit 600 dollars and it shows that my account balance is 650 dollars. However, my available balance is 150 dollars. I need the money in two days so will it automatically go to 650 dollars after the day is over? Thanks in advance.

He says that it will be easy money and he will give his collection of vintage rich tea biscuits. Wich are a bit moldy but very valuable. He is trying to make me feel guilty by saying that the Hillhoose mafia are going to eat his balls.

Should I help him?

I'm in the web design field and I'm just starting out. I have only designed one commercially available website to date. http://www.boydsgoodyear.com/

Should I do some freelance work (from sites like scriptlance.com and ifreelance.com) to build a portfolio or should I just do some free work on the side ?

It seems like it will be hard to get freelance work on those sites anyways.

Anyone have any experience with this? Suggestions?

Thanks!

When I started up turbo tax this year it told me that congress hasn't passed the bill, or whatever, for people to be able to deduct school (college) expenses yet this year. Does anyone know if this is in the works or not?

I came upon a term I did not fully understand. What is the capitalized cash flow method for assessing a rental properties value? Ten points for who ever answers first and provides a reference.

I understand that the IRS can consider you a dealer if you buy AND sell and certain number of houses. So what is the number? Bonus points to anyone who can tell me why it is bad to be considered a dealer.

This question is for a family member of mine who's starting a company as a hobby. She has a name in mind she wants to use for her product, but she doesn't want to invest money registering the business because she doesn't plan on making a lot of money.

Is there anyway to search to see whether she's using a name that's already been taken by a company (other than google, since it doesn't index anything that's not on the net)? She doesn't want to get sued for using that name with her product.

I am studying Real Estate materials, and I just learned that a person who flips to many houses can be considered a dealer. Once a person is considered a dealer, he/she won't be able to depreciate any of their rental properties. Why would a person want to depreciate a rental property?

I have a wide variety of experience. When applying for a specific job, should I gear my resume to include the expereince related to the job or include ALL even if it is absolutely inconsequential? Also, I had a job lasted only 4 months due to illness, do I need to include that in a resume?

I've been working for a small business for almost 2 yrs now, and when I first started working, I was told I was going to get paid a certain amount. I didn't, I got paid $2 less then what told. So I didn't say much, because I really needed a job. 7 mnths after getting hired my boss gave me a 50 cent raise (yay) she said that I am such a great worker so she gave me an early raise. Now I do ALOT for this company, I get here at least an hour and half early and start do some work - I don't even clock in! I work for an hour and half for FREE! pretty much. I feel like I'm the lead compare to the others, I'm smart, fast learner, and bilingual (the only bilingual here too). My boss tells me all the time, how she likes the way I work, and she even gave me a generous Xmas bonus. But I feel like I am underpaid, for all that I do. I think I need to get paid at least $4 more. How do I go about asking her for a $4 raise.I deserve it, even my other co-workers say so. Note: I work 2 positions & no raise

Ok so I have two job offers, one is 10 minutes away from where I live, but the pay range is between $35-40K an hour, and I have an opportunity to grow with the company but I have to give a 2 year commitment. The other is a job which will pay me 45-50K a year, however the job is 25 minutes away from where I live and that's only when there isn't morning or evening traffic, with traffic i will be on the road for at least an hour I also will have to give a 2 year commitment. My only concern is, that is it worth taking the job that pays me more if I am going to be wasting so much gas and time on the road? Please help?!
