Go to their website a check out their return policy. Most sites give you the option of mailng it back in, or even returning it to the nearest "Forever 21"

"All Returns are accepted within 21 days from the shipped date. The merchandise must be unworn,
with tickets intact, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that refunds are available by mail only.

Package it back to them and write a short letter explaining why you don't want the product. Make a copy of the receipt and mail it along with the product your returning.
