Hi...My husband and I have been using a simulator for a few weeks now, and feel ready to officially trade.

We loved the layout and easy reading from the simulator we used....www.top10traders.com

Has anyone ever used etrade.com?? I need to be home and want to pay as little commission as possible, if that is possible.

Can anyone direct us?

Thanks....

It costs 160k with two units, each 900/month rent. I may live in one side. I can easily put 10% down with money for repairs. It appears to be ok structurally but could use a lot of little things. It is currently unoccupied but was half occupied until a couple days ago. Should I buy it? Will it be to much work?

I resigned from my job in the state of florida and gave my employer two weeks notice. They turned around and asked me to leave 1 week early but they're not going to pay me through my notice. Is that legal on their part, do I have any recourse??

I am thinking on getting a cleaner for up to 2 hours a week in Farnborough. Where should I go to find one (approach a big company or put an ad in the local Post Office)? What questions should I ask? How much should I expect to pay?

I want to buy a house but everything is my price range is run down and needs lots of work or is too small. Are there people or places out there that can help me with buying a house? I dont know who or what that may be but I dont want to rent forever and I dont want to buy something that I cannot afford. Im young so I could maybe try a 40 or 50 year mortgage but only if I can have a fixed interest rate. Anyone have any advice for me?

I work for a small non-profit with a staff of only 5 people. My direct supervisor is a chauvinistic, ridiculously conservative man. He is nosy about my personal business and feels that he can come into my office at any time to talk about my personal life. Regardless of my behavior or quality of work, he can always do something better, know someone better, or find some kind of flaw in my work. He has taken projects away from me when I was three-quarters of the way done with them, and then taken credit for my work.

I am applying to graduate school and will be done with this job in the summer *hopefully* if I am accepted. I just need some advice on how to deal with him for the next five months. Other than my experience with him, I love where I work, and I supremely enjoy all of my other coworkers. Two of my coworkers have found other jobs because they dislike the way the organization is going since my boss started. They will be leaving in February... so sad!

I am applying for a job online and they are asking my if I have customer contact experience. I know this job is a call center type job, I have NO call center experience. Are they asking me if I have call center experience or are they just asking me if I have worked with the public in my previous jobs, (Which I have a lot.) I know this is a stupid question but I would like an answer if you have one.

I've had a grip of jobs in the past - and I've never stayed long with any of them. I always find myself getting bored and not connecting with anyone. I just don't understand who some people can start a job and everyone welcomes them... and then I start and people go about like it's a normal day. Maybe I'm not professional enough? I don't know. Basically when I start work, I just work. I don't stop and socialize. I feel that if I were to socialize with other employees I may not be taken seriously. I guess I really don't understand the work place. Anyone have any advice on how I can keep a job longer and fit in?

I am supposed to move into a house in Indiana but the woman hasn't moved out yet. She gave 30 days notice to the landlord, which is already up. He told me that since he has her 30 day notice in writing, that he doesn't have to go to court to evict her, but I told her to be careful as he might get in trouble. I know a landlord can't just kick someone out even if they haven't paid rent, but this might be a different situation.

Can anyone find anything that says if the eviction proceedings are different or not if the tenant gives 30 day notice in writing but doesn't move out, for Indiana?

Thanks.

My husband and I live in Florida, and my husband has been unemployed for 8 mo. He's searched all over the country for work and can find nothing. He has noticed several positions that he qualifies for in England. We are ready to do just about anything to get back on our feet. We've never even been out of the country. Has anyone been in a similiar situation and how did you feel about leaving the US for work?

Ok I need to know if there are any quirks to getting out of an apartment lease besides causing yourself to be evicted (which is not an option for me) and paying rent till the lease is up! The place I was living at is a total dump (still on the lease there)! I lived there for a short period of time... It is overpriced, ghetto, I had bugs, we had a fire in the underground parking garage, issues with the hot water heater, drug dealers, etc! Its been a total mess! My bf and I were both living there and now we both stay at my moms and he pays rent there still because we cant get out of the lease! The apartment managers are crooks... They will keep your deposit no matter what and try to claim that they lost your resignation letter! Ive tried contacting a lawyer for a free consultation and they told me Im more or less stuck! I just dont want to accept that as my only option since that place is a scam and a sh*thole! So anyone have an words of wisdom for my situation?
