I work for a small non-profit with a staff of only 5 people. My direct supervisor is a chauvinistic, ridiculously conservative man. He is nosy about my personal business and feels that he can come into my office at any time to talk about my personal life. Regardless of my behavior or quality of work, he can always do something better, know someone better, or find some kind of flaw in my work. He has taken projects away from me when I was three-quarters of the way done with them, and then taken credit for my work.
I am applying to graduate school and will be done with this job in the summer *hopefully* if I am accepted. I just need some advice on how to deal with him for the next five months. Other than my experience with him, I love where I work, and I supremely enjoy all of my other coworkers. Two of my coworkers have found other jobs because they dislike the way the organization is going since my boss started. They will be leaving in February... so sad!
