How can you find out all your previous home addresses as well as your work history if you can't recall all of it? My husband is applying for a law enforcement position and they want all of this and we have been told leaving anything out will count against you, any ideas on how to make sure we don't leave anything out?

Does anyone know of a website where I can view/request the name of the company/supplier who makes the parts that make a product (i.e. who makes the windsheilds, windows, rear view mirrors, side mirrors that are incorperated in making a car)? Would this be something that stock brokers/share holders are privied to or is this information avaliable upon request? I am ready to dabble in the market and want to have my ducks in a row.

If I am trying to raise funds for a charity and have a high priced item to raffle off, like a car or a Harley Davidson motorcycle, is it best to sell a lesser amount of higher priced tickets (say 500 at $100 each) or a greater amount of lesser priced tickets (say 1000 $50 tickets) ? Or is there a better alternative than either of these ? Thanks.

I am a Registered Pharmacist from Ontario and I currently moved to New York on a J2 visa (spouse of a temporary visitor). I cannot obtain a pharmacist license here since I do not have a green card nor a citizenship. However, can I give health advice such as "how to clean out the medicine cabinet?" or "when to take certain medications?" to people as a consultant business?

I hold degrees in Business Administration & Human Resource Management and have many, many years of management experience in the corporate world & also in the not-for-profit & government sector and, have been sort of semi-retired and now am looking for a full time position. I can handle many types of opportunities and I am looking in the Northern/Northwest counties of New Jersey & Southern New York state county areas, and am very interested also in the Roanoke, (Southwest) VA area. Does anyone have any leads? I am on all the major online job boards (Monster, etc.), and would appreciate any direct employment leads. Thanks.

Dear All, I've lived in my current leased apartment for almost 4 years. I'm going to move to another apartment within the same community/management in a few days. The apartment leasing office is saying they'll conduct a "pre-inspection" of my current apartment and then give me the approval to move into the new apartment since it's an internal transfer. While my current apartment is in a good condition (e.g., nothing is broken or damaged), the carpet has a stain (almost 4 inches in diameter) on it that wouldn't go. I believe the apartment folks won't charge me for this wear and tear, given I've stayed in it for almost 4 years. What do they usually charge for and how? Do they deduct the amount from my security deposit or ask me to pay more? Any thoughts?

On Nov 3rd 2006 I had a housing inspection done; I gave the guy my credit card information to process the payment and he gave me a receipt. As of today the payment has still not come out of my account. Is there a point when he will not be able to take the money from my account (like a check is void after 90 days)

I find that I sometimes just get this look of astonishment...

I don't want to dumb-down my answers, but I am learning that there are a lot of DUMB people in the world.

My hobbies are Photography, Egyptology, studying Haiku's, Reading, working on models, Sculpture, and I collect Hatori's and Obi's.

(the egyptology thing always freaks them out and so does the haiku's, and the obvious question of what are hatori's and obi's).

-it actually gives me a chance to explain some of my life to them when I explain what these things are... I kind of like that little break- and it makes MY INTERVIEW a little more personal. I was also told to make an impression that they will remember...

should i just start saying something like "shopping, family and friends"?

once i get the job, won't they know about me anyways?

i think it is important to be honest, I also think that it is important to sound smart.

I don't think that these make me sound all that over- the -edge, do you ???

Just found out my wife has been cheating on me, and I'll be getting a divorce. Here's the situation: We just refinanced our home in November and have virtually no equity in it. Since the housing market has turned, it's unlikely that we'd get what it appraised for in a sale. So what are my options? If we both stop paying the two mortgages, it will go into foreclosure, but I'm unclear what would happen after that. Could someone please explain?

I work fulltime at a job that doesnt pay that well...it pays my bills but thats pretty much all it does. Its not even in an industry that will help me advance in my career which is acting!

here's my plan:

find a new job that pays more money so that I can save more so that by Jan 2008 I can have enough money saved to cover my expenses which will then allow me to work only part time and have more time to devote towards my acting career.

I am having a hard time finding the motivation to go to work every morning and since i havent found that great paying job YET, I cant really use the money as motivation bc the money is not good...NOW if I had my great paying job already and was one step closer to fulfilling my goals I feel that I would be more easily motivated.

can you please offer advice to help me get out of bed each morning? stop missing days, being late, and so that I can have a more positive attitude about working which in turn will probably help me attract my new job
