Only I have no idea where my skills are best fitted and everytime I use an agency then they just put me forward for more of the same roles, or, rather helpfully say they cant help at all! ANY advice would be appriciated as I am sooo reay to move on!

I would like to know which is better to buy for my kids. I was told to buy "I" bonds but my boss and I are having a disagreement on which is better. Which earns better interest and in the long run would be worth more. Say for example a $100 Bond. I know you pay $50 for the "EE" and $100 for the "I". So in 30 years what would be the outcome of the two?

My company is going through a transition period where serious delays and problems are occurring for our customers. I am not able to provide answers to our customers and am becoming increasingly stressed. Me and my co-workers attitudes have been plummeting drastically. Are there any excercises or ideas to create a more positive attitude at work? All of us are continually berating the company and each other and no one is taking responsibility even for their own work. We are refusing to help each other on menial tasks. It is becoming dreadful to come into work everyday and I would love to try to find ways to increase morale so we stop chewing the company and each other down.

Sirius stock is kind of stable. It's not going up much, it's not going down much. I'm sure at one point it will change significantly, but who know's when. What are that odds that Sirius isn't reporting it's profits? Maybe that's why it's stock isn't going up. That's what other scandals have revealed. Can Sirius be royally screwing it's shareholders?

I have been employed with the same company for 2 1/2 years. I have a one week paid vacation avaliable to me. I work in home health care and the home I work in decided to switch companies. My company understands the home is close to my home so I won't be staying with them. I have to give a 30 day notice in order to use my vacation days. I didn't have that notice about the company change. My employers says to bad you can't take your vacation and we do not have to pay you for it. Is this legal? I've earned it if they don't pay me , then who gets that money? My compamy gets their money from the state. What should I do?
