First off, If you're planning to move to florida, you should really consider moving to Orlando. Miami's great, but when you're talking affordability, that's one thing it isn't. Orlando has so much to offer and is full of opportunity. I work for a developer here in Orlando. I just recently moved here from Miami, where I was born and raised. One of the developments we are selling at the moment is still leasing out their units. It's located in Altamonte Springs in a gorgeouse location. 2/2's are being leased for $879 a month, plus they have a special now where they give you a $50 credit on your payments for 6 months. Basically that means that for the first 6 months of your lease you'll be paying $829. To be honest with you though, renting is never a smart thing to do. Now I have no idea of you financial situation, but whenever you can, it's always better to purchase. Either way, whatever you decide to do, I can help you find a place. I hope this was somewhat helpful, and good luck with your move. If you want to ask me anything else about this area, don't hesitate to ask.

So what is your question? You can't just stick a question mark at the end of a statement. No one will know what you want.

If you're looking for help finding the apartment, then it is going to matter where in Florida you are moving. It's a big state, some 12 hours of driving from one end to the other. Thousands of towns. Thousands of different housing markets. You need to be more specific. You could try www.apartments.com for some extra help, though.

Do a google search for like: Apartments in the Jacksonville, Florida area. You should get a good number of sites to go to. (Except, put in the city you are moving too)

Depending on what part of Florida you are moving to. Expect to pay at least 600 a month for the cheapest.
