The Army has a good place to set up a resume. It is pretty self explanatory. You won't be applying for any Army jobs by just posting the resume. It can be copied and printed or it can be e-mailed anywhere. Cost is nothing.

There are various jobsites to place the resume. You can start trying with jobsahead.com. You might have to register first and then continue with filling up the details needed for ur job and submit these.

when the commercials for Monster.com say they will get you noticed by employers, they aren't lying. and setting up your account and resume is very easy.
also i recommend signing up for their daily search agent that e-mails you newly posted jobs that match your criteria, that is how I found my current job and it is awesome =)
