My husband and I spend over 400 dollars a month on health insurance and we still recive bills in the mail that insurance will not cover. We've called our insurance company and they say it's the way the dr's office "codes" the bill. When we talk to the office they blame the insurance but we're still left paying thousands of dollars a year besides what there taking out of our checks. We have premiums to reach but everything that we go see the dr for doesn't go toward our premium. It really upsets me that we end up paying more and more every year and our insurance covers less and less. Why is it like this?

FICO Credit score's range is from 300-850. And TransRisk score as calculated by TransUnion also has a range from 300-850.

What is the difference bewteen these 2 scores? Which one is more linear? Are they the same?

If I am the merchandise who provides the online selling service with credit card payment method. So, i will only delivery the goods to someone after we received the payment confirmation from the bank.
As the credit card transaction will only be reflect in the statement about one month later, what happen if someone claim that they never buy those goods and claim that someone have misused his credit card to do the transaction? when they report it to the bank? then will the bank came to withdrawn the transaction from us? mean we will need to bear for the loss??
since we have already delivery to goods out (sometime is overseas one) and if bank decided not to pay us that transaction, then we will suffer a big lose?

He must have been intoxicated and not realized he spoke with her and offered to take her to the interview. I would have offered her my car if I had known she was not going to be taken to her job interview. He said he dropped the ball and he was sorry. She has been hunting for a job ever since she graduated in May. She had a 2nd interview and missed it. Is there anything you can do when you dont show up for a job interview. I am so angry at him I could scream. How would you handle this?

Hi,
I am a Realtor and most of my business comes from direct sales (telemarketing). I am looking for ways to increase sales. Internet marketing is not effective in our profession. Mass mailing is expensive and simply does not work for me, since I don't "specialize" in one particular area. Any out of the box ideas would be appreciated.

I should be returning to work on the 15th, the day bonus's are given out. I have been in a psych unit for several weeks. Today the HR person mailed me the papers for Medical Leave and disability even though she knows I am due back the 15th. She backdated the papers to Nov. 15th when I entered the hospital. One of my coworkers took a 12 week maternity leave and she came back in time for Christmas bonus. What do you think, should I get my bonus.

What IS and ISN'T absolutely necessary to keep someone from infringing on my design and my "potential product's" name? What is the cheapest way to get the proper documentation done? It seems they sell a lot more small, expensive items (thus charging much more for the shipping than they pay) and not as many large, cheap items (where the shipping would be a good deal for us). Aren't they just exploiting the fact that, say, $10 shipping doesn't seem like as much for a $100 item as for a cheap item of the same size?

Today I checked my mailbox and I looked through stuff that I usually would throw away w/out thinking twice and found this car ad that had a "scratch and win" thingy on the back of it so I kept scratching it with my penny until it said that I won 4 grand and it had a confirmation code and a number that i was supposed to call if I won. I was so happy until I called my mom and she told me that it was a scam and that it was probably 4 grand off of one the cars they were selling.
