What is the difference among Annexure-1,CT-3 and CT-2 when it is issued.?

I only know about it that these all about deemed export but I don’t understand the difference among them .

"The unit follows the procedure contained in Chapter X of the said ruies with the modification that certificate in form CT-3 annexed to this notification as Annexure-1 shall be used by the Centra! Excise Officer in-charge of the unit in place of a certificate in form CT-2 provided in the said rules. "

The above lines are extract of the notification issued. It simply means that a certificate in FormCT3 is used in place of CT 2. The said form CT3 was provided as annexure 1 to the said notification dated 26th May 2000 which can be found in the following link:
