UAE (United Arab Emirates) They dont pay income tax, as well as all medical and education paid for my the government, they also get a hefty cash gift from the Royal family when they get married.

Probably a better question would be, "Which country gives you the most for the tax 'dollar'." My prejudice is with the good ole USA!

I'm sure I read recently that Dubai has zero income tax. Not sure if they have to pay other taxes though.

generally countries with nationalized oil wealth(like dubai) have low taxes
