If I am the merchandise who provides the online selling service with credit card payment method. So, i will only delivery the goods to someone after we received the payment confirmation from the bank.
As the credit card transaction will only be reflect in the statement about one month later, what happen if someone claim that they never buy those goods and claim that someone have misused his credit card to do the transaction? when they report it to the bank? then will the bank came to withdrawn the transaction from us? mean we will need to bear for the loss??
since we have already delivery to goods out (sometime is overseas one) and if bank decided not to pay us that transaction, then we will suffer a big lose?

YES. There has been Ebay scam a few years back where the buyer sends payment in the form of Certified Check from an overseas bank and the seller sent a motorcycle to the buyer. Bank gives seller his money. Certified check does not clear ten days later and buyer had already sent package. Seller lost out on a motorcycle and the money. If a crook can rip you off they will. Hopefully this doesnt happen anymore but people get ripped off everyday. As for your particular problem. Good luck.
