iam at a real low point at the moment, i used to have a successful buisness, but one day i woke up and could nt continue with it, the reason was it was just to much stress and too much ballshit, its like i just didnt want to lie anymore, i didnt feel good about myself, i mean i was earning a fortune and spending it just as fast on absolute **** the only purchase i made was a merc and a rolex that i still have just. iam still only 24 and have started a new buisness, but this time i wont to do things right, but it just seems alot harder. i just feel like a losser some times i sit awake and just wish that i invested my money in property, iam i have come down with a bang, i have loads of debt that i have built up due to my lavish lifestyle that i just cant afford to pay, i feel like such a idiot.

I am considering them to learn futures and options. I like that there are no platform or data feed fees. But would like to know the bad side. Any thoughts?

I recently looked at a home that was listing through an agent. I met the seller personally and he showed me the house himself as he's a friend of my family. I made a written offer through my own agent to the sellers listing agent just recently. The seller has not accepted my offer and his contract with his listing agent expires at the end of this month. He contacted me to see if I would be willing to wait till his contract expires and we can make a deal without our realtors to avoid paying the commissions. Is this legal and do I have any obligation to my agent now that I have put in a written offer through him? Thanks.

We plan on turning them in after the process, but still need them now. Can they take them or are they protected because you have started the process?

I recently got married to a woman with a 2 yr old. Obviously this changes my tax standing. I make ~57k/ year and she makes ~30k/year. Last year's W-4 (when I was single), I took 1 deduction, me. She took 3 (herself, her little boy, and head of household). FYI: Something I just learned in the difference between last year's taxes, and this year's.....the marriage penalty tax is a killer. Anyway, I've been re-evaluting how we should set up our W-4s. I've been to the IRS's website and used their calculator. It said the dumbest thing....we should both claim 0 and actually have $166 removed from my paycheck. This obviously doesn't make since that means they will be taking even more out our paychecks and we're getting a refund now as it stands. Did the W-4 paper worksheet, and it said to claim 0 and have $10 taken out. Went to H&R Block's website calculator and it said for me to claim 10 and her claim 7. This makes no sense. We are trying to avoid a refund and oweing. Ideas?

I closed the deal on my house in October, We bought under the promise and so called proof that the house was a stick built and not a manufactured or modular. Yesterday I found the metal plate that proves that it s a manufacutred or modular. I am afraid if something happens to my house the insurance will not cover it and try and charge me with fraud. But I did not know. I have been lied to. This is Washington state any help is appreciated.

I bought my home a year ago when I moved to a new town for a job. Now things arent turning out the way I'd hoped so I want to sell my house to my friend. I looked around on the internet and found some site that has home selling packages by state. Is this the way to go? Does that have everything I need to sell the home included? I would appreciate any help! I just wanna get outta this town, and not have any attachments. Thanks!

A meeting for my division was cancelled yesterday and I did not inform the maid. Her supervisor called me this morning at 9:30am to ask if the meeting is still on, and I said it was cancelled yesterday and will be scheduled for a later time today, I also asked her to apologise for me - to the maid.
The maid however brought up the stuff (coffee, tea) and put it in the room and told me that I need a plug to keep the coffee hot (those were her only words and left, I sensed attitude)

What do I do now, cause I am new in this company?
The coffee is still on the table in the meeting room getting cold!

I'm having this final round interview in a few days time. It's a position in a company's business development department and I love it so much.

The first round interview I joined went on okay, it wasn't like a face to face interview but roughtly 25 candidates were randomly put into groups and assigned various tasks, etc. It lasted for 4 hours, although I didn't feel very confident (this is actually my first professional job interview), at the end of the interview I got a chance to talk to the CEO of the company , and he was like, u did well, maybe I will see you next week, etc. two days later I got an e-mail from him and was told that I've got the chance for the final round.

So now I'm a bit of lost, I know it'd be tougher and be quite challenging, but dunno what questions they will ask me. I really cherish this opportunity so please give me some opinions on how to do it well. Thanks a lot!
