As an American living in Vietnam know lots of needy children here and take them toys and rice. A big treat for them is a 10 cent bag of top roman noodles this is like a Christmas dinner. Like to go to Phnom Penh to the Light House orphanage, there is usually 40 or so kids there. Don't have an address. There is no government support there or here in Vietnam.
