You'll need a personal license, you will need to pass your BII test, you will also need to have a property to sell it on, and a license to be able to do that. You will need to go to court first before you try and gain a license.

I am fairly sure you would need an "off license". This gives you the right to sell alcohol to consume away from a set premises. However i then think you hit the same laws as actaul off licenses, i.e can't sell it after 11pm. The only reason clubs/bars can sell after these hours is because by law customers have to consume the alcohol on the premesis - one of the reasons bartenders open your cans and bottles for you. Licensing laws are very tricky and vary depending which borough you are in. Try contacting your local council and see what they say.

YOu won't be allowed to deliver alcohol after hours. There's a reason why shops stop selling alcohol after ten pm, and it's not laziness!

Believe me, every student has had this inspired idea at some point (myself included.) If it was possible then someone would have done it by now!

you will need a licence to sell alcohol and i think its the same one that pubs / clubs etc have to obtain. after hours may be an issue with your local council and police who have a big say in the application process.
