my friend mandy found a check that was signed and filled out for around 1000 dollars but not made out to anyone so she put her name on it and cashed it she got a call from a detective investigaging check fraud she is scared shitless she figured it was like finding money kinda stupid i think but what is going to happen to her can she get in some real truouble or do you think she can get off this is the only thing she has ever done other than tickets what do you think??

I just applied for a secret job but my NATIVE AMERICAN name wont let me register....This just proves my point---we cant even use our proud names for employment? I applied at kroger and Wal-mart they told me they thought it was a joke...GEE ! thanx AMERICA !!!

i am a very beautiful female. and i know that because i always get compliments and everyone around me tells that....
however, i have a problem.....
i find it really hard for me to find a job.
If an interviewer is a male, i almost always get a job, however if its a female, i dont even get a thank you for comming. No matter what i do, a woman wont hire me (and i went to like 20 inverviews where an interviewer was female) , even if i am qualified!!!
my point is....I found this my dream job and i want to persue, i send out my resume to them and 2 days later they called me and said that i am qualified and they want to meet me for the interview....i found out thru the HR office that my interviewer is a female and it made me depressed...i really really really want this position, and i know that i am qualified, but i am afraid that i wont get hired again b/c of my looks........my friends say that they are always jealous of my looks ....so what should i do? i really want this job

I normally live in shared accommodation, but am sick of it. I am looking for a one bedroom flat but am struggling with the how much the monthly rents seem to be. So, do I compromise and move to a rather grotty area where I have seen a flat that is in reasonable condition, or stick to a nicer area and accept I get far less for my money?

My niece didn't destroy anything on the property. She didn't break any rules while visiting me. I was told that she assulted someone, but charges were never filed. She checked and their aren't any charges pending.So i want to know what are my rights as a tenat. Should she be allow to visit me in my home ; i do pay rent.

I thought I wanted Pay Pal for through Christmas but my husband told me to close the account and I Did approx. 3 weeks ago. I received from you thanking me of notifying you and cancelling it although I may want to get Pay Pal in the future. For now you said that you had closed me out and today I received a notice that if I did not answer your email that my account would be suspended. I directed you to send me back my $175.00 that u took out of my band account back to the bank. Like on credit card checks, they charge a percentage of the check as a fee. I plain forgot how to do this. I feel so dumb. When I learned, there weren't personal calculaters. Could someone please tell me how to use the calculater to figure 3.99%, THANKS

I work for a manufacture company. We make presses. China is interested in buying 160 presses from us. We are located near a harbor where they will be ship does any one know if we have to take our machines to the harbor or do they have to send someone to pick them up?? Who's responsible for that??

i pay an accountant about 125 bucks a year (i file in 2 states)...if i go with turbotax, than i am still paying like 75 bucks. what is the point? he is just filling in blanks looking at my W2 and such...right????
