I'm having this final round interview in a few days time. It's a position in a company's business development department and I love it so much.

The first round interview I joined went on okay, it wasn't like a face to face interview but roughtly 25 candidates were randomly put into groups and assigned various tasks, etc. It lasted for 4 hours, although I didn't feel very confident (this is actually my first professional job interview), at the end of the interview I got a chance to talk to the CEO of the company , and he was like, u did well, maybe I will see you next week, etc. two days later I got an e-mail from him and was told that I've got the chance for the final round.

So now I'm a bit of lost, I know it'd be tougher and be quite challenging, but dunno what questions they will ask me. I really cherish this opportunity so please give me some opinions on how to do it well. Thanks a lot!

Preparations: Think about the following questions, write out your answers, and practice them a bit.

* Why is this job a good opportunity to you? What makes this company/group unique? (People want to hire someone that is motivated over the long term.)

* What are your personal strengths? List two to four.

* Two examples of where you did a good job in the past. Even if it was in school.

* One example of where you solved a tough problem. Why the problem was tough, how you went about solving it.

Some ideas to reduce your nervousness:
* Keep in mind, you are a motivated, talented person. You will have a lot to learn, but you will work hard to learn it. You will do a great job if the company hires you.
* Be at peace. Even if you do your best, they might hire someone else. That is OK, you will go on to find a job that is as good or better.
